Our computer generated “state-of-the- art” report will itemize all discovered defects and note necessary repairs. Each system and area will be described. Special summary pages have necessary repairs and approximate cost estimates itemized system by system. Where necessary, diagrams are included to explain defects and their repairs. House maintenance schedules and pre-settlement check lists are also included. Our report is legible, concise and “state-of-the-art.” All reports are mailed, e-mailed and/or faxed to you and your attorney 24-48 hours after the inspection is complete. We send two inspectors to most standard home inspections Monday thru Friday. |
